Kaleem Hussain

Kaleem is the founder and CEO of Guidance Consultancy. He is a multi-disciplinary change management consultant-analyst having worked on regulatory change, risk, compliance and performance improvement programmes for public and private sector organisations in the UK and with a global presence for over 17 years.
He brings a range of multi-disciplinary industry and sector experience offering strategic thinking, analysis and insight in the areas of Change Management, Transformation, Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Law, Financial Services, International Relations, NED, Advisory Services skill set at board level for a diverse range of organisations and businesses.
Kaleem is a passionate advocate for the ESG agenda, improving climate change governance and is an active member of various sustainability forums and bodies based in the UK and a Fellow at the Better Climate Governance.
Kaleem is an author and a peace advocate with a research interest in conflict transformation, peace and reconciliation initiatives at a local, national and international level along with working towards the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Kaleem is a RANE Network Affiliate Expert, a risk intelligence organisation providing access to critical insights and world-class expertise to ensure business continuity and resilience for members to successfully navigate ever-changing, complicated geopolitical environments which is trusted by over 400 leading corporations, government agencies, academic institutions reaching over 1.5m members. Kaleem is adept in providing critical risk analysis and insights on international, economic and geo-political affairs.
Kaleem is a Global Diplomatic Forum and Euphrates Institute Peace Practice Alliance Alumnus-which is accredited by the Centre for Executive Education of the University for Peace, established by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce (FRSA), Associate Fellow at the Royal Historical Society (AFRHistS), Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and an Honorary Fellow at the Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion and the Foundation for Science Technology and Civilisation (FSTC). He is a former Executive Committee Member of Warwick Business School West Midlands Alumni Network (WMAN).
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Kaleem pioneered and curated the United in Hope-United for Humanity (UHUH) series initiative helping to instil hope in people and the community. The series highlighted how through using creative ingenuity and working in partnership with the private, public and third sector organisations innovative solutions can be devised to help people in a crisis.
Kaleem has worked with various charitable, multi-faith and community organisations to help shape and bring about more peaceful and cohesive local communities. He received the Ambassador for Peace Award from the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) in 2024 for his peace advocacy work.
Kaleem is a passionate advocate for volunteering, mentoring, giving back to our communities and has been actively volunteering and mentoring via multiple organisations spanning more than a decade including during the COVID-19 pandemic peak phase and beyond.
He is a Trustee for a charity that serves the local community by bringing people together through entertainment, arts-culture, fostering togetherness and shared experiences. He was formerly a mentor as part of One Million Mentors Programme and for Mosaic-founded by HM King Charles III to inspire young people from deprived communities to realise their talents and potential.
He holds an LLB Law (Honours), LLM International Economic Law (University of Warwick), PDLGM (Warwick Business School), Level 4 DipFA- Diploma in Financial Planning and Advice (The London Institute of Banking & Finance).
